Explanation - This amendment is for a restricted, biennial, one-time-only general fund appropriation in the Student Assistance Program in the Commissioner of Higher Education. This includes appropriations of $30,000 in personal services and $20,000 in operating expenses for administrative expenses and $450,000 in grants each fiscal year. This appropriation is for the Grow Your Own Teacher Grant Program included in HB 403.
