Explanation - This amendment eliminates the additional 1.0% vacancy savings in the Governor's Office, Department of Revenue, Department of Commerce, Department of Corrections, Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks, Department of Environmental Quality, Department of Transportation, Department of Livestock, Department of Natural Resources and Conservation, Department of Agriculture, Montana Historical Society, and Commissioner of Higher Education and the associated language in HB 2.
