Insert: "1,000,000 1,000,000"[State Special Fund FY22 FY23]

Explanation - This amendment increases state special revenue funding for the Virginia and Nevada Cities by $400,000 in each fiscal year. This funding was in statute, but HB 678 removed the statutory appropriation. This amendment appropriates the remaining funding designated to the Montana Heritage Commission.
