Explanation - This amendment reduces general fund appropriations by $5,766,789 in FY 2022 and $8,208,051 in FY 2023 in the Director's Office in the Department of Administration. This reduces the transfers to the capital development account. This amendment also adds language stating that this reduction is one-time-only.
