Explanation - This amendment creates a restricted line item for a Medicaid provider rate increase for developmental disability waiver service providers in the Developmental Services Division. This increased appropriation in the Developmental Services Division is offset by a reduction in the size of the Medicaid provider rate increase in the Senior and Long-Term Care Division.
