Explanation - This amendment adds an appropriation for bonus payments for direct care workers who serve the Medicaid home and community based services population in the developmental disabilities waiver, the severe disabling mental illness waiver, and the Big Sky waiver. Federal funding is traditional Medicaid match at a 10% enhanced matching rate due to the American Rescue Plan Act.
