- END -

Explanation - This amendment reduces the Medicaid provider rate increase in the Senior and Long-Term Care Division. This amendment also adds an appropriation for recruitment and retention payments for direct care workers who serve the Medicaid home and community based services population in the developmental disabilities waiver, the severe disabling mental illness waiver, and the Big Sky waiver. Federal funding is traditional Medicaid match at a 10% enhanced matching rate due to the American Rescue Plan Act. This amendment also increases the provider rate for the developmental disability waiver in the Developmental Services Division.
