Explanation - This amendment decreases general fund by $500,000 in FY 2022 and $500,000 in FY 2023 and increases state special revenue by $1,000,000 in FY 2022 and $1,000,000 in FY 2023 for operating expenses for the Montana Highway Patrol Boulder Campus in the Department of Justice.
