Explanation - This amendment would make two changes in the State Level Activities Program of the Office of Public Instruction. It would move a general fund operating expenses appropriation for Audiology into a restricted line item and would also move a general fund transfers appropriation for the Montana Digital Academy into a second restricted line item. These changes have a net-zero effect and will not affect the appropriation amount for the program.
