Explanation - This amendment is for a restricted, biennial, one-time-only general fund appropriation of $100,000 each fiscal year for grants in the Student Assistance Program in the Commissioner of Higher Education and would require a dollar-for-dollar match from private funds. This appropriation is for the Montana Promise Grant Program included in 20-26-623, MCA.
