A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REVISING LAWS REGARDING AERIAL HUNTING OF PREDATORY ANIMALS; REMOVING THE RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT FOR AERIAL HUNTING; and REPEALING SECTION 81-7-503, MCA.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. The following section of the Montana Code Annotated is repealed:
81-7-503. Residency requirement.
