A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT repealing the clean campaign act; REPEALING SECTIONS 13-35-401, 13-35-402, AND 13-35-403, MCA; and providing an immediate effective date."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:
13-35-401. Short title.
13-35-402. Fair notice period before election.
13-35-403. Penalties.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
