A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING LAWS RELATED TO DETACHABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER OPENERS; REPEALING SECTIONS 75-10-301, 75-10-302, AND 75-10-303, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:
75-10-301. Definitions.
75-10-302. Detachable opening prohibited.
75-10-303. Violations -- penalty.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
