A joint resolution of the Senate and the House of Representatives of the state of montana requesting the release of the jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell client lists.
WHEREAS, the clients of criminally charged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell may include public officers or employees or individuals who contract with the state or benefit from taxpayer resources allocated by the state; and
WHEREAS, Montana has an interest in determining if any individuals on the Epstein and Maxwell client lists include public officers or employees or individuals who contract with the state, or if taxpayer dollars are invested in companies owned or managed by individuals on the client lists or who employ clients on the client lists; and
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Senate and the House of Representatives OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
That the State of Montana requests the immediate public release of the Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell client lists that the U.S. Department of Justice compiled in the effort to arrest and convict these two individuals.
