A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT repealing the state energy policy; REPEALING SECTIONS 90-4-1001 AND 90-4-1003, MCA; and PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:
90-4-1001. State energy policy goal statements.
90-4-1003. Energy policy development process.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
