Explanation - This amendment adds $4.8 million general fund and $8.7 million state special revenue funds over the 2025 biennium, while reducing federal funds by $13.5 million over the 2025 biennium in the Health Resources Division. This funding supports a policy of 12-month continuous eligibility for the Medicaid expansion population.
