Insert: "The line item Increase Funding to CASA is restricted to     grants for the specified entity. The Department of Public     Health and Human Services shall submit a written report on     the use of this funding prior to the end of FY 2025 to the     Health and Human Services Interim Budget Committee."

Explanation - This amendment appropriates $500,000 in each year of the biennium for CASA in the Human and Community Services Division. This appropriation is restricted to grants for the specified entities.
