Insert: "The line item Increase Funding to Entities That Advocate for Children in Legal Settings is restricted to grants for the specified types of entities. The Department of Public Health and Human Services shall submit a written report on the use of this funding prior to the end of FY 2025 to the Health and Human Services Interim Budget Committee."

Explanation - This amendment appropriates $500,000 in each year of the biennium for entities that advocate for children in legal settings in the Human and Community Services Division. This appropriation is restricted to grants for the specified types of entities.
