Explanation - This amendment provides additional general fund authority of $3,063,784 in FY 2024 and $6,037,860 in FY 2025 for the Department of Corrections to increase per diem paid to contracted community corrections providers. This authority would provide pay increases to employees within community corrections providers by $1.50 in FY 2024 and $3.00 in FY 2025.
