Insert: "If HB 346 is passed and approved, the appropriations for OPI Administration are decreased by $32,000 general fund local assistance in FY 2024 and decreased by $32,000 general fund local assistance in FY 2025."

Explanation - This amendment would add coordinating language with HB 346 to HB 2. HB 346 would move the Tribal Computer Boost Scholarship Program from OPI to the Department of Labor and Industry, and funds for the program would be appropriated in HB 346.
