Explanation - This amendment adds language in HB 2 for the Commissioner of Political Practices, the Office of State Public Defender, the Board of Public Education, the Montana School for the Deaf and Blind, the Montana Arts Council, the Montana State Library Commission, and the Montana Historical Society. The language eliminates the appropriations for legislative audits if HB 132 is passed by the Legislature.
