Explanation - This amendment removes the line item appropriation "Facility Operations - Contract and State Staff (Restricted/OTO)" from the Health Care Facilities Division in the Department of Public Health and Human Services. The total reduction is $50.0 million general fund over the 2025 biennium.

This amendment also strikes the following language from HB 2: "The appropriation for Facility Operations - Contract and State Staff is restricted to expenditures in the Health Care Facilities Division."
