Explanation - This amendment removes the one-time-only designation for 13.00 FTE that were provided during the Section D subcommittee. These FTE are positions that were inadvertently removed from the budgeting system during a reorganization that occurred in the 2019 Session. This amendment reestablishes those FTE in an ongoing manner.
