Explanation - This amendment increases the general fund appropriation by $1,341,785 in FY 2024 and $1,351,507 in FY 2025 for the Public Defender Division in the Office of State Public Defender to fund 12 FTE, including three attorneys, six criminal investigators, two administrative assistants, and a project manager.
