Explanation - This amendment increases the general fund appropriation for the Legal Services Division of the Department of Justice by $133,115 in FY 2024 and $128,686 in FY 2025. The funding will provide 1.00 FTE as an appellate attorney and make a current modified position into a full-time employee.
