Explanation - This amendment increases the budget for the Office of Public Instruction Local Education Activities Program by

$300,000 general fund local assistance in each year of the 2025 biennium. The funding would be restricted, biennial, and one-

time-only and would be used to eliminate reduced-price copayments for school lunch and breakfast.
