Explanation - This amendment adds funding for Medicaid providers studied in the 2023 biennium provider rate studies. The funding added is the amount needed to reach the study benchmark provider rates in each fiscal year. Total biennial funding is $24.8 million general fund and $48.9 million federal special funds.
