Insert: "The line-item Travel Reimbursement Rate Increase for Medicaid Enrollees With Cancer is restricted to benefits and claims. This funding is intended to change Medicaid travel reimbursement rates for cancer patients to the following: increase per diem meal rates to $15, increase mileage rates to $0.45 per mile, and increases hotel rates to $75 per night."

Explanation - This amendment increases travel reimbursement rates for Medicaid enrollees with cancer. It increases the per diem for meals from $5 to $15, it increases mileage reimbursement from $0.33 per mile to $0.45 per mile, and it increases hotel reimbursement rates from $45 per night to $75 per night.
