Insert: "The line-item Travel Reimbursement Rate Increase for Medicaid Enrollees is restricted to benefits and claims. This funding is intended to change Medicaid travel reimbursement rates to the following: increase per diem meal rates to $15, increase mileage rates to $0.45 per mile, and increases hotel rates to $75 per night."

Explanation - This amendment increases travel reimbursement rates for Medicaid enrollees. It increases the per diem for meals from $5 to $15, it increases mileage reimbursement from $0.33 per mile to $0.45 per mile, and it increases hotel reimbursement rates from $45 per night to $75 per night.
