Explanation - This amendment provides $6.1 million general fund on a one-time-only basis in FY 2024 to the Health Care Facilities Division. This funding supports Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recertification at the Montana State Hospital and supports CMS compliance at the Montana Mental Health Nursing Care Center (MMHNCC).
