Explanation - This amendment is a one-time-only increase in general fund of $250,000 and state special revenue of $50,000 for the biennium. The funding is to be used by the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation to study the feasibility of weather modification and requires the agency to report the results of the study to the Legislature.
