Insert: "The Parks and Outdoor Recreation Division is authorized to decrease federal special revenue and increase the Hunting Access state special revenue established in 87-1-290 by a like amount if federal funds appropriated for block management expansion are not available."

Explanation - This amendment gives the Department of Fish, Wildlife, and Parks the authority to increase state special revenue authority for the block management expansion program. The department must decrease federal authority by a like amount.
