A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING THE MONTANA HUCKLEBERRY FILING LAWS; REPEALING SECTIONS 80-11-701 AND 80-11-702, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:
80-11-701. Content criteria for Montana huckleberry products.
80-11-702. Penalties for false labeling.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
