A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING THE STATE ENERGY POLICY; REPEALING SECTIONS 90-4-1001 AND 90-4-1003, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
Section 1. Repealer. The following sections of the Montana Code Annotated are repealed:
90-4-1001. State energy policy goal statements.
90-4-1003. Energy policy development process.
Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
