A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT REPEALING THE TERMINATION DATE RELATED TO REIMBURSEMENT OF WORKERS' COMPENSATION PREMIUMS FOR CERTAIN WORK-BASED LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES; REPEALING SECTION 7, CHAPTER 400, LAWS OF 2019; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:

Section 1. Repealer. Section 7, Chapter 400, Laws of 2019, is repealed.

Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
