AN ACT ELIMINATING UNNECESSARY REGULATIONS THAT LIMIT THE UNIT SIZE IN WHICH CERTAIN COMMODITIES, INCLUDING BREAD, BUTTER, MILK, FLOUR, AND LIKE PRODUCTS, MAY BE SOLD; REPEALING SECTIONS 30-12-402, 30-12-403, 30-12-404, AND 30-12-405, MCA; AND PROVIDING AN IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:



     Section 1.  Repealer. Sections 30-12-402, 30-12-403, 30-12-404, and 30-12-405, MCA, are repealed.



     Section 2.  Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
