A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT PROVIDING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE AT THE STATE VETERANS' CEMETERY AT FORT HARRISON; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:



     NEW SECTION.  Section 1.  Appropriation. There is appropriated from the general fund to the department of military affairs for the biennium ending June 30, 2001, $15,000 for the purposes of providing a full-time employee to support the state veterans' cemetery at Fort Harrison.



     NEW SECTION.  Section 2.  Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 1999.
