A BILL FOR AN ACT ENTITLED: "AN ACT APPROPRIATING $24,251 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO ALLOW FREE PUBLIC ACCESS TO GIANT SPRINGS STATE PARK; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE."
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MONTANA:
NEW SECTION. Section 1. Appropriation. There is appropriated $24,251 from the general fund to the department of fish, wildlife, and parks for each of the fiscal years 2000 and 2001 to allow free public access to Giant Springs state park from May 1 through September 1 of each year.
NEW SECTION. Section 2. Effective date. [This act] is effective July 1, 1999.
