Bylaws And Amendments Filed With Secretary Of State

90-5-203. Bylaws and amendments filed with secretary of state. Pursuant to Article II, paragraph (10), of the compact, the western interstate nuclear board shall file copies of the bylaws and amendments thereto with the secretary of state.
