Education Interim Committee Topics
The committee discussed its work plan and topics to explore over the interim at its June 13, 2017, meeting. Education topics selected by the committee and relevant research documents will be updated here over the course of the interim.
At the March 22-23, 2018, committee meeting, Chair McClafferty established a Subcommittee on State Financial Aid Programs to further investigate existing state financial aid programs and bring back any recommendations for improvement for the full committee to consider. Sen. Facey was appointed to chair the subcommittee; Sen. Salomon and Reps. Anderson and Bachmeier were appointed as members.
