This subcommittee allows the LFC the opportunity to assist the Legislative Council in their work on SB 310. It will also take a closer look at the current personal services budgeting process.
The LFC SB 310 & Personal Services Subcommittee will meet at 1 p.m., Sept. 16, in Room 102 of the state capitol building.
SB 310 is assigned to the Legislative Council and a joint group including members of the LFC was appointed to coordinate where necessary. This subcommittee will serve as the LFC opportunity to weigh in and consider how to assist the Legislative Council in their work.
This subcommittee will also take a closer look at the current personal services budgeting process, and consider whether to recommend any alternative approaches to the process.
This first meeting will provide an update on current practices for personal services budgeting, and an overview of the work already done under SB 310.
