NCSL and CSG meetings

Dear Legislators,  It is annual meeting time.  The intrastate organizations that we belong to are National Conference of State Legislators (NCSL) and Council of State Governments – West (CSG-West).   Both of these conferences are legitimate expenses that you may use for your primary stipend or secondary reimbursement amounts as they are educational in nature and provide you multiple opportunities to learn about what other states are doing in policy areas that affect your constituents. Occasionally, there are stipends available for specific policy meetings held in conjunction with the annual meetings or other available funds, so you may want to talk to your caucus leader if you are interested. All the best, Susan
