23-2-644. Deposit of funds from fines and forfeitures. All fines and forfeitures collected under 23-2-601 through 23-2-644 relating to snowmobiles, except those collected by a justice's court, must be transmitted to the state treasurer, who shall deposit the fines and forfeitures in the state general fund.
