35-21-611. Compensation of trustees. No sum in excess of 5% of the income derived from the fund in any year shall be paid as compensation to the board of trustees for its services as trustee, provided that if 5% of such income divided by the number of trustees shall be less than $100, each trustee shall nevertheless be entitled to receive a minimum of $100 per year for his services as such trustee.
