35-21-612. Annual financial report to be filed with district court. The mausoleum-columbarium authority or the persons in whose names the endowment care funds are held shall, annually and within 90 days after the end of the calendar or fiscal year of the mausoleum-columbarium authority, make and file with the district court in the county in which the mausoleum-columbarium is located a true and correct written report verified on oath by an officer of the mausoleum-columbarium authority or by the oath of one or more of the trustees, showing the actual financial condition of the endowment care funds.
