35-21-620. Nonendowment care mausoleum or columbarium -- sign required. Each mausoleum-columbarium authority operating a nonendowment care mausoleum or columbarium shall post in a conspicuous place in its office or offices where sales are conducted and in a conspicuous place at or near the entrance of the mausoleum or columbarium or its administration building and readily accessible to the public, a legible sign with the following phrase: "This is not an endowment care property". This phrase likewise shall be printed or stamped at the head of all contracts, certificates of ownership, or deeds.
