     35-21-621. Violation a misdemeanor. Any corporation or its agents or representatives who shall violate any of the provisions of 35-21-615 to 35-21-620, inclusive, or make any false statement appearing on said sign, contract, agreement, receipt, statement, literature, or other publication shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
