     81-7-101. (Temporary) Definition. For the purpose of this part the term "wild animal" shall include coyote, lynx, and any other animal causing depredations upon livestock.

     81-7-101. (Effective on occurrence of contingency) Definition. For the purpose of this part, the term "predatory animal" includes gray wolf, coyote, lynx, and any other animal causing depredations upon livestock.
