53-21-1110. (Temporary) Unauthorized disclosure -- misdemeanor. A person who knowingly uses information obtained pursuant to 53-21-1108 for a purpose not authorized by 53-21-1105 through 53-21-1110 is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable as provided in 46-18-212.
