20-30-103. Administration. The department shall administer this chapter. To effect the purposes of this chapter, the department may request from any agency of the state and every agency shall provide such information as will enable the department to exercise properly its powers and perform its duties. Nothing herein shall be construed to interfere with the purpose and function of any agency of the state.
